Copybaras ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Clash of Colors mobile and web application (the "App"). This page explains how we handle information when you use the App.
Clash of Colors is an offline, single-player game. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information through the App itself.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or other personally identifiable information.
We do not run in-app analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services that send data to Copybaras servers.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
To improve your experience, the App stores certain data only on your device:
Game settings
- Grid size, AI difficulty, sound on/off, volume, and display preferences (for example, comfortable view and board pan hints)
Local statistics
- Number of matches played, wins, losses, and breakdowns by difficulty and board size
On mobile (iOS and Android), this data is saved in the App's local storage on your device. On the web version, similar data may be stored in your browser's local storage or IndexedDB.
This information stays on your device unless you uninstall the App, clear app data, or clear your browser storage. We do not receive or store this data on our servers.
3. No Account or Online Gameplay
Clash of Colors does not offer sign-in, cloud sync, or multiplayer. Game progress and statistics are not backed up to our systems.
4. App Store Distribution
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of those stores is subject to Apple's or Google's privacy policies and terms. Payment is not required to use Clash of Colors; we do not process purchases inside the App.
5. Web Version
When you play Clash of Colors in a web browser at copybaras.com/games/clash-of-colors/, the game runs locally in your browser. The Copybaras website may use its own analytics separate from the game; the embedded game itself does not send gameplay data to us.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Security
Because gameplay data remains on your device and we do not collect it centrally, there is no Copybaras server copy of your match history or settings. Standard device and browser security practices apply to data stored locally.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.
Changes are effective when posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
